your nose looks fine. If you really wanted to I think you could I wouldn't go much smaller tho... your nose fits your face.

I don't think you need a nose job. And you absolutely do NOT look like a horse. I think you look fine. God made everyone look like something for a reason. And if anyone said you need a nose job, they are way wrong. You are FINE.
