Famous Japanese graphic designer?

I am looking for a graphic designer to partner up with to create websites. Where can I find one?

• I am a programmer, and have been programming for the web for over 6+ years now. My problem is that I am not even close to being a graphic designer. I am looking to find someone that is maybe the opposite - A good graphic designer, that could use a programmer. I already have done some websites for a few clients, but know that I am limited unless I start working with a designer. I am wanting to form a long lasting partnership to build websites, but I cannot find anywhere to get a graphic designer. If you are even a college student, or just someone that is good with photoshop then let me know! Otherwise, does anyone know of someone or somewhere to find a graphic artists that would want to do websites withe me?

I work with Adobe photoshop, and can do pretty good flash designs. Ive done a lot of myspace layouts for clients, Logos, photo retouchings, and advertisement banners.
