Where can i buy fountain pen ink locally?

ive just run out of my bottle parker quink because i use my fountain pen daily and was wondering where could i buy inks locally, because often times the internet has a wide variety of choices however the shipping costs are often times almost half the price of the ink! So i was wondering if there are any big stores (staples, michaels, office depot) that carry bottled ink. if there are other smaller shops that carry ink, that would be fine as well.
