i want to buy paint tool sai. can someone tell me how to do it step by step so that i can purchase it in english and make sure it gets on my computer? thanks!

Answer:
I got it from my friend but here. When I installed it on my computer, the language is a mess. Try to look a folder named "To_Replace" and copy paste + replace everything there (from your SAI folder). It works for me.
