Whats a good program i can use dealing with animations?

im actually a new animator, im just trying to see whats a basic easy program i can work with so i can try 2 make movement in my cartoons, right now i use paint to draw my pics, but if any 1 knows a better program i can use 2 make my cartoons better and make it easy in moving like from 1 place 2 another. i sooo appreciate that! :)
