How can I get a job in advertising world?

Can I get a job in advertising if I just do a degree in art and design?

• I want to go into advertising but more the creative side of it. All the degree courses im looking at seem to be about marketing and business so i was wondering if i could just take a degree course in art and design but still have a good chance of getting a job in advertising? thanks xx
