Are there any websites like Photobucket?

Ok so i was wondering if there were any websites like photobucket where you can grayscale or change the colors of things? also these websites have to be free. Haha and also, i was trying to make an account on photobucket but whenever i try, it says "sorry but the information you have given us makes you ineligible to create an account" i was wondering if that meant that i should wait a few days before trying again?

Try Paint.NET, it's a good freeware image editor. For uploading pictures on the Internet, try imageshack.us, deviantart.com (art obviously), tinypic.com, imagehosting.com, etc. http://picasa.google.com/ is a good place for you to both upload and edit images. Also, I've just got an account on Photobucket, don't know what's your problem with them, maybe you're too young for doing so. Give it a fake birthdate.
