Where can we get information about studying abroad?

Where can i get information to improve my art skills other than in school studying to be a cartoon animator?

  Well I am an excellent artist, though not perfect, and I've never taken an art class. I find ideas everywhere. I like to look through art books, I often draw pictures of paintings, and I like to draw portraits. I don't draw cartoon style though, but Disney has always captured my imaginations.
