I have a shoe store, and people who are going to purchase keep asking for a "special price" like a discount.. i can't do them i need to make a sign that sends out the message that prices wil NOT change... how is a professional and classy way to write this and make it a sign?

We're sorry, but we are unable to offer additional discounts to merchandise <at this time (optional)> or All marked prices are final or We regret that we can not lower prices any further! Please don't ask staff (or associates/register personnel) to do so. or just cough up the dough, ya cheapskate!

Post flyers next to the register(s) and in the front window saying "Discounts will not be given unless products are found to be damaged before purchase, coupons are redeemed, or products are on clearance." Just have your cashiers reinforce it and be firm. Negotiate only when absolutely necessary. Anyone complains? Too bad for them.
