How do i connect my computers sound system to my tv?

i have a samsung tv and a cord that lets me display the images from my computer to my tv but i wanna use the tv's sound system as well how do i do that?

If you have HDMI ports both on your PC and your TV then use that as it transfers both video and audio signals. If you don't; look for a "Line In" port on your TV. It will look like a headphone jack hole but say Line In. Then you need to get a AUX cable. This looks like a headphone cord with two male ends. One you put in the "Line Out" on your PC which is usually green and the other end you put into the "Line In" on your TV if your TV has one. If you have some kind of sound system hooked up to your TV then plug it into your sound system.. Good luck!!
