Can i buy a capybara?

    Capybaras are wild animals, and it will cost abit but i'm almost sure it is legal, if and only if you get a licence for it. They are large and seeing as they are wild animals it will take work to keep one happy and healthy but you can legaly own one as a pet. if your looking for a place to buy you can try; http://www.kapiyvaexotics.com but no matter where you get one from know you will have to spend alot of money for the licence, vet bills, suplies and, of corse, buying one.

You'll need to get a license, which as far as I know is a hard process. It'll also be hard to find somebody who's selling capybaras, aswell as information on proper care for them. They are cute, but such an exotic pet isn't recommended. There are plenty of alternatives available, that are equally unique and interesting, but easier to care for.
