Animal Therapy Occupations?
-
I have recently thought decided I wanted to start a career involving helping animals. I don't want to become a vet because I have a hard time being around animals that suffer. I was thinking something like training for therapy or other authorities. Even something in the field in helping animals recover large injuries or assisting them in becoming adoptable and socialized....I don't many jobs out there like this, or even where to start or what to take in school...I would appreciate any advice or info...

Answer:
Think about an education as a veterinary technician. That would be very useful to you in any of the areas you describe, even if you prefer not to enter a private practice situation. Vet Techs rock.
