Calm ferret, is this just his attitude or something wrong!?
-
I got a ferret today and he seems fine and healthy, he just seemed a little calmer than the rest that were in the cage with him? When I held him he sat relatively still and didn't nip at all? Is this a bad sign? He's a real sweetheart and plays with the toys we got him. I don't know though. Is it just his attitude or could there be something wrong with him? When I researched them it just said to make sure they were healthy looking with clear eyes and a nice coat, he has both, the people that i got him from said he was healthy. I just don't know though? He seems so calm, and sits still when you hold him? I mean he plays he's just not frisky like the other ones were?

Answer:
My boys are very different. Martini is our lover while Bumble is a spaz. You have found a wonderful ferret. Also let him adjust. One day is not enough to know his full temperment.
