How can I tame my sugar glider?

How can I convince my parents to let me get a sugar glider?

• My parents don't like the thought of me getting another pet because whenever one of my pets die, I get really upset. I really want a sugar glider though because I adore their cuteness and their personalities. My friend has one and I love it. I have watched all the sugar glider care instructions on Youtube and I have would really commit to it if I had one. I even have a name for it: Abby or Ekko. But how can I convince my parents to get me one? (And please no answers telling me why I SHOULDN'T get one.)

  First you need to research enough about their care to answer their questions. Know how much they cost, how long they live, how much space they need, ect... Don't sugarcoat it, be ready to talk about the downsides. Then explain to them why you want one. If they still say no, there isn't much you can do. Someday soon you will be old enough to move out and make your own decisions.
