Does anyone know of any places to buy Chinchilla's in Ontario?

• Hi, I live in Windsor Ontario and I would really like to buy two Chinchillas (two because I heard that you are supposed to buy two because they get lonely by themselves) and I don't know where to buy them. I heard the Corbet's Pets sells them but I think you have to order them in and that would probably be awfully expensive. I don't think I'll be able to travel a great distance to pick them up (i.e; Toronto, London) I don't know if I wanna buy them off Kijiji either because my mom said it's best I buy them from the pet store because they may not be healthy, you never know. Thanks!

  Hi, I live in Ontario as well. I am getting my guinea pigs off of kijiji. They are already tamed and usually better cared for than pet store animals. Pet stores keep them in small cages and only care for the money. You can look at Pet Valu, they usually have them, but I'd just get them for cheaper and better quality off of Kijiji
