What do fish eat?

What kind of saltwater fish might eat my cleaner shrimp?

  • im thinking about buying two cleaner shrimp and i want them to last. but im afraid that my fish might eat them because theyre small. will my fish eat them? i have a clownfish, fire goby, diamond watchman goby, and two blue damsels. and what other kind of fish can i buy that wont eat the cleaner shrimp, easy to take care of, and wont fight with my other fish? i already lost one of my fish ):

  • Answer:

none of your current fish will except possibly the damsels. They like to pick and sometimes the shrimp's feelers are their main target. What size is your tank? Overcrowding is a main problem with fighting/aggression. If your tank is not bigger then 55 gallons then I would slow down on the fish and not do much more. As for what other fish. Pajama cardinals, sixline wrasse, golden headed sleep goby. I would also get another clown as they live a lot longer and are more healthy in pairs.
