Why does one of my jellybean parrot fish starting to get black fins HELP!(not spots)?

just today when i was feeding them i noticed by blue jelly bean parrot (baby) was getting black fins from the back up (not spots)

Sometimes Parrot fish alter their color if stressed. I know mine which are orange with get very pale when stressed.
