What water conditioner is better for my fish?

Is it ok to use water conditioner in a fish tank with frogs and fish?

  • I have 2 African Dwarf frogs with 3 black skirted tetras. i just changed the water and want too put water conditioner into the tank to get rid of chlorine and to restore the fish's slim coating. will the water conditioner harm the frogs at all

Hi lonhorns - I just read today in a frog forum Aloe is 'detrimental' (their word) to frogs if you are planning to use API Stress Coat. I only read it in passing and I don't use that product. Maybe research it a bit further. If your conditioner is another product all is good.
