Tips on raising parakeet chicks?

• I'm raising my second batch of parakeet chicks (the first one was accidental). I've read plenty of books, but i'd just like to know if anyone has any helpful tips regarding hatching or raising. Thanks!

  heres some tips: ---------------------------------------… •you will need an wooden nestbox(if you dont have one) • you will some hay/parakeet grass.(if you dont have some already) •anti-stress food pellets(optional) •when you get all the nesting things ready, dont try making it softer, the parents will take care of that using their feathers. •you SHOULD sit by your lil' chicks regularlary. •try making a feeding system into your nestbox. to make a feeding system you will need: ♦vinyl tubing ♦plastic container ♦nails ♦ plastic cover try attaching the vinyl tube to the plastic container and then make a hole in the roof of your nest box, next use the nails to attach the plastic container into the hole in your roof of the nestbox.when your all done with the fitting in, make sure that the container fits in perfectly. put budgie chick food into the plastic container. lastly, cover the container with the plastic cover. OR you can just buy the feeding system.(up to you) when youve done everything above, the chicks parents will do the rest... have fun helping raising your tiny rascals!!!☺☺☺
