FIRE BELLIED TOADS MALE OR FEMALE?

I have a couple questions about fire-bellied toads?

i got 2 fire bellied toads a while and there cage is pretty boring. i want to get a bigger cage and get some different things to decorate in it so first does any one know where to get a tank bigger than 20x10 for pretty cheap? second i really want to get a filter so it would be easier to clean there tank again anyone know where to get a cheap filter? third can you put fish in a cage with fire-bellied toads and if so what kind? anddddd last is there any kind of small waterfall i could put in there? sorry for so many questions but i really want answers so please answer soon :)

okay umm i dont no much cheap stores but something good is craigslist they have tons of stuff and you can always talk them down and fish can go with them any fish except aggressive ones so when you go to pick some up just ask if there not aggressive and make sure there not very tiny because the frog can eat it if the frog will fit in its mouth
