Do fire belly toads hibernate?

Fire belly toads help please!?

• ok so i really want to get some fire belly toads maybe like 2 or 3 . i have never owned a frog or toad and i herd they were good for beginners so i found a terrarium with a screen and its a 10 gallon but i really need a list of things to put in there habitat do i just set it up like pet co with the bark at the bottom a long shallow water bowl thing for them to go in and something for them to climb on or do i get like a tank fill it with water half way get a filter and put in some really big rock thing for land idk please help thanks oh and im 13 and im trying to get all my research about them done before asking my parents thank you

  First build a ramp of soil on half the tank with a hide. Fill the bottom half with water and put in a filter. Plastic plants on the land to keep the humidity up. And a 50 watt heating lamp.
