My dog keeps bleeding alot from its nose?

A few days ago my dog has been bleeding from her nose. She has been bleeding alot from it a few times. She is a chow chow and is about 10 yrs old, what could it be, I read that it could be a fungal infection or cancer. How do I know if it could be cancer though :/
