Help to stop dog's ear from bleeding?

I know this is not what you want to hear but he needs to go to the vet. The ears are very vascular and will continue to bleed if not taken care of properly.

You did not specify what type of wound is causing the bleeding. If the ear is still bleeding this long then the dog needs to see a vet. Wound can become abscessed easily in pets and a vet is best to treat properly. Obviously it appears you allow the dog to wander around? Not good! The wound must be cleaned properly, possibly stitches and antibiotics.

I would got the vet, but flour works as a clotting agent when I cut my dog's nails too far past the quick and they bleed. Other than that, apply pressure.

could need stitches my dog got attacked by another dog n bit a hole clear through his ear had to take him to the vet for stitches dogs ears have alot small vessels i advise get the dog to the vet.

Take him to a vet... that's what they are there for. It's possible he got bit by another dog, ripped it on a fence... just about anything, and there's no way you can diagnose what's wrong. Plus, you don't want it to get infected.
