Yes, its fine. I would rinse it off before cooking it just because its a little icky but its not a health risk. Just make sure that the fish is well cooked, you'd want to do that anyway to kill off any other germs that the fish had. If you're very germ-phobic you can just cut off those tiny bits where the holes are, but I don't think thats necessary. The germs should all be killed in cooking. eta*** meant to say its not a health risk unless you eat the fish raw. Cooked it is ok to eat, raw it is not ok.

I don't see why you cannot wash and cook it.

if you microwave it for a bit first...i mean i guess that'll ruin the fish. but yeah just cook it on high, there wouldn't be THAT many germs on it if she just got through the plastic, if she was nawing on it then yes hahah. unless she's diseased, then i wouldnt risk it, but if she's healthy then it's kewwwwl

Its very hard to say. Only 50% of cats have a type of venom or Poison in their fangs which can cause an infection. If the cat managed to break the skin of the fish, the cut a large section out of where she/he gnawed on it. Fish isn't good within one day of being out and if you cat does have the venom then it could of spread by then.
