Where can I read "Bad Cats" online?

Where can i read up on cats?

  • where on wich website can i read up on stray cats to see if they are dangerous or not? or can anybody tell me if it is dangerous to befriend and pet a cat off the street? and why is it dangerous? thanks

  • Answer:

If you want to befriend a stray cat go slow. Some cats are very lovable and would love human interaction but some kitties are skitish and sometimes they react hostiley or just run away. Try just talking to it and hang around with it so it knows your not going to hurt him. If he comes up to you let him smell you and if he's ok them pet him. And just to warn you some kittie love bite so don't take it the wrong way if he does. When he knows you you can give him food and stuff if you want and play with him. Good luck. =]

well, the most simple way to go learn about cats is google.com. just go to google.com and type in whatever you want to search for such as "info on stray cats" or "cats" or go to your local lybrary. the humain sociaty is also a good place for learning about strays or cats, or if you have a local CRAFT there is good, too. also, i would suggest not just running into to befriend and stray. some may be sick, mean, or hurt. it is best to call a humain sociaty to get the cat, check it out, and if all goes well consider adopting it or taking it home. its never good to just get a stray, unless you know very well of the cat, personality, and behavior habits. i know from personal expericeince

Your too cute. Okay, can it be bad, sure, is it always, no. Cats can carry various diseases including rabies. Normally sick and cats that are carrying these diseases are sickly looking and/or foaming at the mouth, mean and are afraid of people. I have 2 strays that I adopted and are living in my house right now. Aside from a few small problems when I found them, lack of food, ear mites, and a digestion infection, they were fine. Most basic cat diseases are not communicable to people. Meaning people can't get them. If it is a friendly stray, chances are it has been brought up around people. If you plan on keeping the stray, take it to the vet for a full check-up. They can screen for any problems and make sure kitty gets all of his/her shots.
