How to get rid of the smell of cat urine.?

I would recommend cleaning the boxes in the morning and evening. I have two cats and I have two litter boxes and I use Scoop away multi cat with ammonia shield and is scented. I believe the cheaper litter doesn't always work and I also like the litter that clumps. You can also sprinkle baking soda in the litter to help with the odor. I would also recommend cleaning the litter box at least 4-6 with dish detergent and a good scrubbing, Cats are very finicky about their litter boxes.

I think you should buy better litter.

Something called natures miracle works really well for that. We use it to get rid of the smell when our dogs have accidents. Good luck!=) A deodorizing cat litter might be a good cjoice too.

If you smell urine and poop its really time to clean your litter box. Clean it twice daily and change the litter if it smells. Use backing soda that neutralizes the smell a bit. Other products might smell too much and lead to the cat not using the litter box as cats have sensitive noses. Keeping the litter box clean is the best odor prevention.
