How do I connect Sony SS B3000 speakers up to my computer?
-
I got speakers for Christmas and they have open wire connections that I need to connect to an amp or receiver, then I can connect that to my computer. I want to know which amp or receiver would be good to use. The speakers are 8 ohm 120 watt max 88 db Thanks!

Answer:
Pioneer and Onkyo are the top brand for entry level receivers in the market. You are going to need an adapter cable, with a 3.5 mm on one end and rca jacks on the other end. The 3.5mm connects to the computer and the rca to the receiver. You can get the cable from any Radio Shack. Hope this will help you out.
