Does a region free DVD always work on DVD players?? Meaning will it work on any DVD player anywhere in the world???

Yes it does but if your DVD player isn't compatible with the picture format PAL (mainly used in Britain, Europe and Australia) or NTSC (mainly used in America, Canada , Asia) then it may play back in black-and-white. The same if your TV is not compatible.
