Best Budget Surround Sound System to buy?

Im looking to buy a surround sound system to hook up to my Sanyo hdtv and PS3. The tv is in a relative small room so a huge system is not necessary. Im looking for a 5.1 system but want to stay under $400. If anyone knows of any good systems that sound good and would work for my setup, let me know. Thanks!
