How do you get prime TV?

Plasma Mount, I had a TV installed and am switching out with a different model, how do I get TV off the wall?

I just returned the TV which will be picked up by delivery and "switched" so how can I get the TV off the wall. I don't know if the TV is bolted in or if I can just lift off. The mount is a Sanus VMPL50B VisionMount Tilting Mount For 30"- 56" Displays. The company I used to mount charged me way to much and I don't want to call them out, but how hard is moving a mounted TV off the wall, thanks.

  Most TVs on these wall mounts just lift off - and then you can unscrew the bracket on the back of the TV. For a 50 inch TV you will probably need two people to lift the TV off. Sometimes there will be screws at the bottom of the bracket to stop the TV coming off the wall too easily - so you may need to unscrew these first. Have a look up the back of the TV from the bottom and you should see if there are holding screws in place. They can be tricky to get to sometimes.
