Will this cable hook my stereo/radio speakers to my TV?

These are the right kind of cables, but you don't need cables with the Sony logo on them. You connect the cables to the TV's left and right sound outputs to open inputs on your stereo. There's no way of knowing exactly how the TV sound will compare to other stereos, but you can be sure that it will sound better than through the original TV speakers.

If you mean: can I use this cable to connect my TV's audio output to a stereo amp. where I have two speakers, then yes, it will work provided your TV has analog audio out and your amp has an analog audio input. Without knowing what system you have and what speakers you have it is impossible to tell you how good the sound is going to be. The cables are only a few dollars, so give it a try.
