How am I getting movie channels with DISH?

I have dish but no movie channels, sometimes I have the channels MAX ACMAX MOMAX MAX-W MAX-E (310-314) available but then they go away and I can't view those channels anymore. Can someone tell me when do these channels become available and why? Thanks
