How to take people off my netflix?

  • Before i was just able to go and manage my devices and take people off. But now theres a button to take every device off. But thats not my problem. My problem is that my ex gf has my netflix account on her computer. Ive had netflix on my computer forever so when ever i go to netflix im already signed on. Its also signed in on her computer because i put the info so she could watch movies. I want to make the netlfix sign out. i need take every device off including her wii which all of her family uses to watch movies. im the one paying and they get free movies. I need help finding a way to sign everything out including mine just to make sure it worked. Also, it get annoying when i start watching a show and her family watches it too and i dont know where i left off. i really need to get her off. Please help

If these don't work cancel your contract and take out a new one.

Try signing out of Netflix. Then go to "forgot password " and reset your user name and password. The next time she tries watching something on Netflix it will say she needs to enter in the valid username and password because her device will still remember the old account info
