Why were my Movie Channels taken away by Comcast?

Comcast programs and guide won't load? It's been a week?

• For the past week or two Comcast hasn't been able to load any of the program info. When I tried to go OnDemand, it said "The feature is being restored and will be available shortly." Only some of the channels work, and a lot of channels have no sound and are blurry and you can't see whats on going on onscreen. I've tried resetting it and power circuiting it or whatever, but nothing seems to work. But mysteriously, a few nights ago, all of my Guide info was working and I could see all of the programs. On Demand didn't work though. And after a little while, it froze and I rest my box and it's back to not loading anything. It's never taken this long. Some channels come in up the hundreds, also, but there are still blurry, soundless channels. Has this happened to anyone else? What can I do to fix this, short of calling Comcast?

  bad box or bad cable in the house. Call comcast and get a tech out to figure it out. Everything you need to do you already done.
