How can i get my xbox live to connect through my pc using ethernet cable?

i have tried to connect my xbox live through my pc but it keeps on showing as limited or connectivity and when i allow file sharing i am still unable to connect to xbox live and also cannot open any web browsers on my pc, any1 know what the problem is and how i can solve it? thanks :P

Get a router. I doube you can connect to xbox live through pc either that or the connection passwords wrong
