How do I retry a failed PayPal transaction?

What does "544 Transaction Failed" mailer deamon mean?

• I've been trying to send my resume to a certain person at their company, but every time I just get a mailer deamon that says 544 transaction failed. Infuriating. What does this mean and how can I get them my resume!!

  I checked the document that describes how email works- they don't list a 544 error code, but they do have "Transaction Failed" as error 554. Unfortunately, that's the general failure code. It means the computer doesn't know what went wrong, all it knows is that it couldn't send the message.
