Is a netbook with windows 7 starter a good idea?

I use it for: Downloading music Downloading apps I am going to use chrome Download music pictures watching youtube videos (sometimes hd) facebook/hotmail/yahoo/gmail/twitter/e… blogging (websites like blogspot, wordpress, etc) little word processing It will be a good idea to please list everything that windows 7 starter includes.
