thanks for the advertising however it aint as good or as simple as you make out 1) You will be lucky to get the anywhere near the full speed claimed (but its still faster than woreless) 2) they work better it the adapters are the same mains "ring" (they are connected to the same fuse in the fusebox). Connect them on different "rings" the connection speed can drop a LOT, cos the signal from 1 adaptor has to go through the fusebox to get to the other adaptor, and fuseboxes can be VERY electrically noisy. 3) If you have an electrically noisy bit of equipment connected on the ring it can cause them to lose connection 4) if you have a "brown out" on your household supply (that where the mains voltage drops - i.e lights go a bit dim) it can cause the connection to drop out for a bit or the connection speed to decrease 5)You MUST NOT plug the adaptors into a protected socket. They MUST be plugged into a normal mains socket (you can use an ordinary mains socket strip, but you MUST NOT use a mains strip that has mains protection - it wont damage it but the adaptor wont work) On the plus side If you encrypt the signal it is 100% secure, NOBODY can connect you your network Despite what I have said about signal dropping out they are MUCH more reliable than wireless, especially if you transfer or download large files.
