Where is download manager in opera?

Download speed is unstable except in safe mode!?

  • hey everybody .. simply i got a problem started like 2 weeks ago , it made my download speed unstable and that appears in (Internet download manager) or download managers of normal browsers like ( IE9 , opera ) and that appears in the transfer rate , like it starts with 125 Kb/s and then descends to 40 Kb/s then ascends again! i tried to download something in (safe moder with networking) and it was stable there ! please tell me what can i do to fix that. and this is how it appears .. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/408/captureiov.png/ http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/853/capturetuw.jpg/ am running windows 7 Home premium , 1 mega internet speed .

    There could be other background processes running in your system which are also sharing the same internet connection. They could be antivirus updates happening in the background or other software's which you might have set to update itself automatically. Since in safe mode only essential programs are running, no other processes are using the connection. It also depends on the origin from where you are downloading.
