Need help! My port wont work!?

Hey all, could someone help me with port on a router? I have port foward some ports, i have done it same as on portfoward.com or whats the name, but the port wont work :( , i have try their port checker and there it stand the ports are blocked D: Could someone help me please? I got Norton (windows firewall is off cuz norton) Can it maybe be that so blocking it ? Got a Linksys Wrt54gl just if you want to know, Hope someone answar me :D!

Sounds like you are trying to access a computer remotely. You need to open those ports, but you also need to install IIS in Windows and do all updates before you can login remotely. Norton could also be blocking the port which you would need to open.
