What kind of jobs can I get with Computer Information Systems?

I know it has to do with Networking, PC Repair, and programming. So what kind of jobs can I get that has to do with Computer Information Systems? That's what I'm going to be studying for college. I sometimes worry though, because what if I can't find a job with that? :/ I'm really nervous about college and afraid about the future. Is CIS a good career? People tell me that it's stupid and other stuff, and they make me feel like crap and I don't know what to do anymore.

Network Engineer comes to mind, (I am one). Its a good job and I've enjoyed it over the past 15 years. Programmer, System Analyst, System Architect, Database Admin, plus many more. I suggest finding a topic that really interests you and go from there. What ever you choose make sure you enjoy it, high pay and great perks dont mean much if you hate getting up in morning.
