How to fix normaliz.dll problem?

How to fix normaliz.dll problem? when my computer starts this thing pops and says (this application has failed to start because Normaliz.dll was not found. Re_installing the application may fix this problem.) even if i press Ctrl F11 it wont go i did F8 and it comes but it does the same thing and the only thing that i can use is safe mode with command prompt. the start menu doesn't appear on all of them. please help me. now i am using a friends computer how do i Re_install this application using my computer> PLEASE HELP :(

To copy this file you need to browse through the drives. But with out an explorer it may sound hard. Not at all. Just open task manager by alt+ctrl+del and open “New task” . There you will get a browse window. Just browse through it. Dont forget to change “file types ” to “all ” from “programs” in that window. Else you will miss non-exe files.
