How do I solve a DNS error?

Hi, from last week I faced "DNS ERROR" which caused me alot of troubles. How to covercome it?

• I don't have access to uncensored internet and I got advised to change DNS settings under TCP/IP4. But it didn't solve my problem, so I change that to its default settings (Obtain DNS Server Adress Automatically). Problem is when I'm Connected to the Internet after almost 2 hours, DNS error occurs and befor I can do something, It makes my PC to shutdown immediately. (Blue screen system halt appears and then Shutdown. All these processes are taken in less than 1 second). Any useful idea is highly appreciated. Thanks in advanced. P.S. I'm using Windows 7. Even after reinstalling it, problem insist to annoy me.
