How can can i connect on msn from an other website?

I Can't Connect To A Specific Website?

Last month, i was able to connect to my friend's website. However, today i cannot. Whenever i try to connect it says: "Connecting..." and does nothing. I have pinged the website and all it said was: "Request Timed Out" and i have also flushed my dns. I can get onto it using a proxy and my other friends computer but i cannot access the website from home. I can't access it on any PC in my home. Any Suggestions? The website is: http://www.itskirgan.co.uk
