Why can't my TI-84 Plus connect to my computer?

Why cant i connect to my girlfriends computer?

so me and my girlfriend used to play lots of online games together using hamachi, like swat 4, sega emulators, etc and they all used to work perfectly fine. and then she got her computer reformatted and she downloaded the games again and for some reason even with hamachi, she cant connect to my computer, or i cant connect to hers i dont know which one. but we can still join eachothers hamachi rooms and find eachothers games but when she tries to connect to mine or i try to connect to hers it says connection failed or connection timed out or failed to connect etc... what is the problem? i was thinking it was somethng maybe with her firewall when she reformatted? but she said she already checked and its unblocked etc.. anyone have any ideas? thanks
