How do i make my wifi signal stronger?

• The Linksys n router doesnt have antennas, so I can't mess with those. I just want to have a stronger signal in my room that is across the house from the router

  You can not increase its' power, and excessive power from a router could be very dangerous to health. The power is regulated by law for this reason. You could try re-locating the router, it should be as high as possible and clear of all walls and similar obstructions. Often a small move can make a large improvement. The only other option is to install a wireless range extender between the router and the machine. These only need power, so can be located anywhere.
