Which is best broadband connection and plan please (Karnataka) ?

My usage will around 20gb per month. Please suggest me plan which doesnt not exceed Rs 700.

Well, You can't get anything better than BSNL in India. In that, No plan provides unlimited usage which is below Rs 700. There is 750 plan which gives a speed of 512kbps and unlimited usage, there is 500c+ which gives upto 2.5GB limited usage with 2mbps speed(4 times that of 750 plan) and 2:00am to 8:00 am unlimited usage. If you are a govt official, or any of your parent is, then you can mention it in the application and get a discount of 20%.
