What is the cheapest cable/internet company?

I have Charter cable and internet right now and it is $135/month. I'm hoping to find something cheaper than this. I've heard that DirecTv is, but that it goes out a lot when the weather is bad. Also I want to make sure the internet is fast. For cable I'm hoping to get at least through the 100's, but it's not required. If you can help me out I'll appreciate it. Thanks!

There will only be at most 3 options where you live, so look at them all and buy what you want. The possible options are cable (there will be only one cable vendor, as it is a monopoly), satellite, DSL/FiOS (from the phone company, if they have it where you live, again only available from one vendor).
