How to disable Request information in twitter4j?

Any computer experts out there? One of the host on my network is not communicating with the router?

  • I know this is really long but PLEASE read, I need help! Okay, so according to the owner of the laptop, the internet starting going in and out and then it just stopped working completely. She has an HP laptop. When I do the internet diagnostics on her laptop it says to check the modem and unplug it for 15 seconds and then try it again and that did not work. I then used the ipconfig /all command to see what was going on and it turns out that her IP address is different than that of the one the router is giving it...hers say 192.168.1.27 and the router is giving her 192.168.1.39? We called Verizon since it's a Verizon router TWICE. We were on the the phone for ATLEAST an hour and BOTH times they couldn't help. The ping results from the host to the router said Host Unreachable Host Unreachable Request Timed Out Request Timed Out like it kept alternating in response between "Host Unreachable" and "Request Timed Out". I tried to trace route from the host to the router, same thing. I tried to trace route from the router to the host and it said something like Host Unreachable 3000.000 ms !H 3000.000 ms !H 3000.000 ms !H I know that !H means it can't reach the host. So I tried resetting the router. I reset it and changed the password and username, and I changed the SSID and password for that. The router uses mixed wireless protocols 802.11b and 802.11g [I believe]. It uses a WEP key and a hexadecimal password. I thought maybe the router's firmware needed an update so I checked online for that...it was up-to-date. I even tried using MAC authentication on the router and putting all of the hosts on the network in the entry table list to see if that would work...didn't work. When I did the ipconfig /all command the default gateway was correct [192.168.1.1]. I honestly don't know what the problem is. I wanted to try to disable the firewall because I read online that the firewall might block ICMP requests. But when I went to disable it she has some weird firewall that I can turn off or on. It says: %COMPANY_NAME_NEUTRAL%Personal Firewall <--------never heard of it. I tried to look for Windows Firewall but I didn't even see it...either way, I couldn't turn this weird firewall off. I tried using an older restore point to see if that would work and nada. I know to some people this might sound like a bunch of jibber-jabber but it's the truth. Verizon couldn't help, I dont' know what else to do, I really am out of ideas...any help please? Maybe I overlooked something? I would really appreciate it. If you need any additional information, just let me know :-)

  • Answer:

"I then used the ipconfig /all command to see what was going on and it turns out that her IP address is different than that of the one the router is giving it...hers say 192.168.1.27 " Your answer might be right there, if what you say is true, then she has her IP set to static, try a swap to dynamic.

802.11b and 802.11g are both wireless protocols and it was working and no configuration changes have been made - check your signal strength if the laptop has been moved (and now further away or extra wall in the way) or some electrical interference that wasn't there before you will not have a strong enough signal to connect (quick way to check would be to take the laptop close to router and see if works then) If you can't even ping the gateway it is not a security/password issue but signal problem.
