Why my computer keeps saying Dns server not responding!! ?

My computer is the second on the router connected by Ethernet cable and all of a sudden keeps saying not connected to the Internet because Dns server not responding!! Try typing in cmd but not working!!
Answer:

TURN OFF UR ROUTER AND TURN IT BACK ON IF THAT DOES NOT WORK THEN ITS YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER

Enter the following IPV4 address in your browser's address bar. http://67.195.160.76/ If you get the Yahoo home page then the DNS server is probably down temporarily. If you do NOT get the yahoo home page then you do not have Internet connectivity. The IP address that was provided will bypass the DNS server.

Force Majeure

go to network connections>right click the ethernet connection>select properties>highlight tcp/ip ver 4>click on properties>in the top dns box type 8.8.8.8,in the secong type 8.8.4.4
